    Our Quarterly Natural Hair Subscription Box includes a customization period before each season's shipment. During this time, subscribers can tailor their boxes based on hair type, preferences, and seasonal needs. The customization period typically opens one month before the start of the new season and closes two weeks before shipment.

    3. Shipping Schedule:
       - Our boxes are shipped out according to the following schedule:
         - Spring Box: Shipped in early March
         - Summer Box: Shipped in early July
         - Fall Box: Shipped in early September
         - Winter Box: Shipped in early December

    4. Shipping Methods:
    We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while expedited shipping ensures a quicker arrival within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen method and destination.

    Shipping Fees:

    Shipping is included in the subscription price for all our plans. There are no additional shipping charges for regular subscribers. However, for all other orders, a standard shipping fee will apply and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

    5. Tracking Information:
    Once your Her Crown and Glory Subscription Box or Loc Box is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package in real-time.

    6. International Shipping:
    At Her Crown and Glory, we understand that natural hair care knows no borders. We offer international shipping to bring our curated boxes to natural hair enthusiasts worldwide. International shipping times may vary, and additional customs fees or taxes may apply.

    7. Address Changes:

    To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please ensure that your shipping address is up to date in your account settings before the 10th of the month. If you need to make any changes to your address after this date, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible to assist you.

    8. Delays and Issues:
    While we strive to meet our shipping schedule, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays may occur. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

     

    9. Lost or Stolen Packages:
    Her Crown and Glory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our customer support team if you encounter any issues with the delivery of your subscription box.

    10. Returns and Exchanges:
    We do not accept returns or exchanges on Subscription Boxes. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your box, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • 1. Damaged or Defective Items:

    If you receive a damaged or defective item in your subscription box or product order, please notify us within **7 days** of receiving the package. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team with a clear description of the issue and provide relevant photographs as evidence, if applicable. We will gladly replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.

    2. Missing Items:

    In the rare event that an item is missing from your subscription box or product order, please inform us within **7 days** of receiving the package. Our customer support team will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly. If an item is determined to be missing, we will ship a replacement to you as soon as possible.

     

    3. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages:

    If your subscription box or order does not arrive within a reasonable time frame after the expected delivery date, please notify us as soon as possible. We will conduct an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate the package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund.

     

    4. General Returns:

    Due to the nature of subscription boxes and the surprise element they offer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for items you may not personally prefer or duplicates of items from previous boxes. However, if you encounter any issues with the quality or condition of an item, please follow the procedures outlined in points 1 and 2 above.

    5. Return Shipping:

    For items that need to be returned due to damage, defect, or missing items, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging or suitable packaging to prevent further damage during transit.

    7. Canceling Subscriptions:

    You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Please note that canceling a subscription does not grant a refund for any remaining boxes in your prepaid plan. It will only prevent future renewals.
