Delivery & Shipping

At Her Crown and Glory, our mission is to make sure our customers receive their orders quickly and safely. We offer free shipping on all subscription boxes and orders over $35 and are committed to providing excellent customer service. We provide detailed answers to any questions you might have about our products, deliveries, and orders.

Our Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Zones:

We currently offer shipping within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

2. Shipping Carriers:

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your subscription boxes and Overstock Plan orders. The specific carrier used may vary depending on your location and package size.

3. Shipping Fees:

Shipping is included in the subscription price for all our plans. There are no additional shipping charges for regular subscribers. However, for Overstock Plan orders, a standard shipping fee will apply and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.


4. Delivery Timeframes:

a) **Regular Subscribers:** Boxes are shipped on the 15th of every month and typically delivered within 3-7 business days from the shipping date.

b) All other orders are shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times for other orders are also within 3-7 business days.


5. Tracking Information:

Once your subscription box or order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.


6. Preorder Shipping:

For customers who preorder their subscription boxes, shipments will be dispatched on the 12th of the month following the preorder period (1st to 10th of the month). The boxes will be delivered within the usual timeframe of 3-7 business days from the shipping date.


7. Address Changes:

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please ensure that your shipping address is up to date in your account settings before the 10th of the month. If you need to make any changes to your address after this date, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible to assist you.

8. Non-Delivery Situations:

In rare cases where a package is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please wait for an additional 2 business days, as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or transportation issues. If the package still does not arrive, kindly contact our customer support team, and we will promptly investigate the matter and provide appropriate assistance.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the unfortunate event of a lost or damaged package, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund, as necessary.
