The customization period typically opens one month before the start of the new season and closes two weeks before shipment.

3. Shipping Schedule:
- Our boxes are shipped out according to the following schedule:
- Spring Box: Shipped in early March
- Summer Box: Shipped in early July
- Fall Box: Shipped in early September
- Winter Box: Shipped in early December

4. Shipping Methods:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while expedited shipping ensures a quicker arrival within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen method and destination.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping is included in the subscription price for all our plans. There are no additional shipping charges for regular subscribers. However, for all other orders, a standard shipping fee will apply and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages:

Our customer support team will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly. If an item is determined to be missing, we will ship a replacement to you as soon as possible.

3. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages:

If your subscription box or order does not arrive within a reasonable time frame after the expected delivery date, please notify us as soon as possible. We will conduct an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate the package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund.
