Billing

Our subscription service allows customers to receive their favorite products on a regular basis, billed to the intial date of purchase and then on every 30 days from that date. You can manage billing information in your Member Profile. For more questions about billing do not hestitate to contact us.

Q: When will my subscription box ship out?

A: For subscribers, boxes are shipped on the 15th of every month and typically delivered within 3-7 business days from the shipping date. All other orders are shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are also within 3-7 business days.

Q: How do I change my subscription plan?

A: You can change your subscription plan at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the “My Subscriptions” page. Here you can select the plan that best suits your needs.

Q: What payment methods can I use to pay for my subscription?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Your payment method will be securely stored and used for all future subscription purchases.
