How does Her Crown and Glory Subscription work?

How can I change my subscription box?
To make changes to your subscription, simply go to your Member Profile, and click on My Subscriptions. There you will see your current subscription. Under your current subscription plan, there will be an option to "Cancel Subscription." Click that button if you wish to cancel. To change your subscription box, you must first cancel your current plan, and then click on "Buy New Subscription" after the plan is cancelled and select the new plan you wish to try.
When will my box ship out?
Subscription boxes will ship out the 5th of every month, but don't worry! If you subscribed after the 5th, we will ship your box out within the next 3 business days, but after that month, your box will be shipped out on the 5th of every month regardless of your billing cycle.
When will I be billed?
Subscribers will be billed automatically when they first subscribe, and their first box will be sent out within 3 business days of starting their subscription. The date that members start their subscription determines their billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription and your box has already shipped out, your cancellation will go into effect the next billing cycle.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, simply click "Forgot Password" under the Login bar. You will then be sent a reset password link to the email address you have on file.
